Other information:To carry out the check-in and check-out of hotel guests Is responsible for timely submitted reports (print-outs) and their control, distribution and archiving To be aware of the exact reservation software he/she guarantees the accuracy, authenticity and up-to-date character of the current data To adhere to data from purchase orders or other accessible materials when allotting particular room to the hotel guest To charge the appropriate amounts to the accounts of in-house and outside hotel guests To process in the approved form the daily balancing, to overtake the entire cash income of the hotel outlets and daily prepare the cash for transfer to the bank To carry out the currency exchange activities To give out information about our hotel events, opening hours of the hotel outlets and arrange the bookings of these outlets To control the list of incoming guest for the particular day.
